I am looking forward to sharing together our blogging adventures in the realm of body memory transformation, as discussed in my book "Freedom from Body Memory" - available at www.freedomfrombodymemory.com.
Use this blog to share your insights, experiences and inquiry on body memory. I will respond weekly with recent scientific discoveries and real-life case studies of individuals I treat for body memory at my clinic - Global Healing Therapies, located in Virginia Beach, VA.

Thank you everyone who attended the publishing party and those who sent their blessings from afar. Your love and support was greatly appreciated.
ReplyDeleteHi Karen.
ReplyDeleteSince you are officially the one and only follower of this blog (so far), lets get it fired-up. Throw out some ideas, feeling, insights and maybe between the two of us we can generate some momentum.
One of the most powerful outcomes of body memory transformation is transcending the fear of whatever one has suppressed from their past.
ReplyDeleteTranscendence comes about as a person encounters the protective-based tensions that developed from past experiences that were suppressed and "chooses" to open to, feel and release them.
In this moment, a person exits the habitual behavior of survival and encounters their body's self-healing intelligence which orchestrates the release of suppressed memory (energy)and restores the flow of vital healing energy.
To encounter the body's protective tensions and release the suppressed experiences that were protected is, in part, a magical process whereby a person realizes that they are more powerful than their past.
Many people I have treated with my Body Memory Recall (BMR) approach have experienced this shift. After a release of body memory (or two), they overcome fear and realize their power to effect change. In essence, the reconnect with their power to "choose" and therefore "create".
I will leave you with a quote from a well know physicists who acknowledges the shift that I am referring to.
"...to acknowledge the place where you really have choice, ...
when that shift of perspective takes place,
we say that somebody has been enlightened."
- Amit Goswami, Ph.D. from "The Little Book of Bleeps"
I am reminded often how automated life can become by one's thoughts and one's past. It is a daily adventure to become conscious and assert one's ability to choose how they want to move, act and respond in every moment.
